Hospital billing
Ask for a current explanation of expected charges, deposits, receipts, discharge billing, and any documents required for reimbursement.
Insurance and contracted care
Coverage and authorization depend on the patient’s plan and the hospital’s current arrangements. Confirm eligibility, authorization requirements, and any patient responsibility directly with the billing team.
CHAM-supported services
Malamulo participates in Malawi’s Christian Health Association network. Eligibility and payment arrangements can vary by service, patient, and current agreement. The finance team should confirm which services are covered, what documentation is needed, and whether any charges remain.
