Regional surgical education

PAACS and COSECSA

Malamulo’s residency is part of a wider African surgical-education system. PAACS provides the program network and curriculum support; the College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa provides a regional professional and examination framework. Together, these relationships place the residency within African postgraduate surgical education while the hospital remains its clinical home.
